When it comes to electric vehicles, the first thing that comes to mind is a small aerodynamic car made for the city… Well, this has changed as the new GMC Hummer EV SUV shakes things up. We are talking about an off-roading machine with up to 830 hp and 11,400 lb-ft of torque. But it doesn’t come cheap. As you might be wondering how much is a GMC Hummer EV SUV we have compiled a list with all the offered versions and their MSRP price.
So, how much is a GMC Hummer EV SUV?
The Hummer EV SUV is available in five versions, three of them will always be on sale while the other two are available only for a limited time as a first edition.
The less costly version, the Hummer EV2 SUV starts at $79,995 while the most expensive version, the limited edition Hummer EV SUV Edition 1 Extreme Off-Road package will set you back at a starting price of $110,595.
Standard versions specs & MSRP
The most economical version, the Hummer EV2 SUV will arrive the last, in Spring 2024 while the other two versions will be available from Spring 2023. Prices start at $79,995 for the Hummer EV2 SUV; $89,995 for the Hummer EV2x SUV; and $99,995 for the Hummer EV3x SUV.

First Edition versions specs & MSRP
Availability for the special edition models will start at early 2023. For the Edition 1 model, you will have to pay $105,595, and if you want the more capable Edition 1 Extreme Off-Road Package prepare to spend $110,595.

Which GMC Hummer EV SUV version should I buy?
In our opinion, the best choice would be the Hummer EV3x SUV with the Extreme Off-road package option added.
We believe that the Hummer EV is not made for city driving as it’s too big, making it hard to maneuver it in tight corners and parking spots. Therefore the Hummer EV3x is the best version for off-roading, as it has more torque (11,500 lb-ft) and more power (830 hp) than the other two versions. It also gets 300 miles of range, which is 50 more than the most basic version. Just be mindful that this version is the most expensive out of the standards, $99,995.
